While caring for Maxi, Rachit repeatedly noticed products that were uncomfortable, poorly built, or overpriced for their quality. Similar experiences shared by other pet parents confirmed that this was not an isolated issue. Together, the founders decided to create products they would confidently use for their own pets, turning a personal observation into a meaningful opportunity.
Launching the company meant balancing full-time careers while investing personal savings. Every part of the business was managed by the founders themselves, making each milestone the result of continuous learning and hands-on effort.
Without external funding, the founders handled product design, sourcing, website development, photography, packaging, customer support, and marketing themselves. Managing every responsibility helped them maintain complete control over quality. Even so, building the products was only one challenge. Convincing customers to trust a new brand became the next.

As a new brand, gaining customer confidence required patience and consistency. Product quality, responsive support, and genuine customer experiences gradually helped CanineJoy Gears build credibility through recommendations rather than advertising alone.
During the first six months, the founders focused on delivering reliable products and listening carefully to customer feedback. Those early supporters became far more than customers—they became proof that the idea was working.

In less than a year, CanineJoy Gears served over 8,000 pet parents, earned 700+ website reviews and 129+ Google reviews. That trust encouraged the founders to think far beyond their first milestones.
The founders aim to build one of India's most trusted pet brands while expanding internationally. Their focus remains on improving pet comfort through quality products, honest communication, and continuous innovation.
